Digital Detox for Tech Neck & Mental Reboot 

The focus of this treatment will be relieving the effects of “tech neck,” a condition common among Millennials and Gen Z who spend hours on their phones, laptops, and other screens. Your therapist will focus on the upper back, shoulders, forearms and neck, using techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and gentle stretching to alleviate tightness, improve posture, and relieve tension in the trapezius and levator scapula muscles. This helps reduce the headaches, stiffness, and fatigue that come from long periods of screen time. Applying calming strokes to not only relax the muscles but also promote mental relaxation. Aromatherapy oils like lavender or eucalyptus can be added to help create a calming environment offering a “mental reboot,” allowing clients to disconnect from daily pressures.
